Typically, you can place these dumpsters anywhere on your property that gives you easy and safe access. The most common placement is your driveway. This area should be as flat and hard as possible, avoiding any soft or sloped ground.

You are also able to park them on the street if your driveway is unavailable, however, most cities require you obtain a permit. Please have this permit acquired prior to delivery of the dumpster.

No, please leave the dumpster in the location our team had placed it. Our team will have securely positioned the dumpster to prevent movement from weight and theft. Attempting to move the dumpster may result in damage to the dumpster or physical injury. If you require the dumpster to be moved, please give us a call at (720) 282-4556.

Yes, we have a 2-ton weight limit that we include in our bundled packages. Anything over that weight allowance is charged $75 per ton. So please be aware of how much material you are loading (rock, dirt, concrete, shingles, etc). For your convenience, we have the ability to give you an extremely rough weight estimate prior to our departure.

Our dumpsters are different from roll-off dumpsters you've probably seen in the past. They are located on top of trailers and can be easily backed into your driveway. The dumpster itself never comes in contact with your driveway. The only points of contact are 4 wheels and the jack point. We take all precautions when delivering our trailers to their final location.

Our dumpster trailers measure 16 feet long x 7 feet wide x 4 feet high (about the size of a van).

Permits are most likely required if you want to have the dumpster parked on the street. Some municipalities may require payment for that permit. Permits are not required if the dumpster is located within your property.

You are able to fill the dumpster up to the height of the dumpster, without overflowing over top. It is required by law that M5 Dumpster Rentals cover the top of the dumpster with a tarp whenever we leave your premises. Any material that is above the height of the dumpster must be removed, or we cannot pick up the dumpster.

Our dumpsters are 16' long x 7' wide x 4' high and hold over 16 cubic yards. Room cleanups, whole house remodeling, roof replacements, floor remodeling, and house decluttering are perfect projects for these dumpsters!
