Not at all! But payment is due upon drop off of the dumpster.

Do you offer Military or First Responder discounts?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Thank you so much for your service! We offer a 15% discount to customers who actively serve or have served in our country's Armed Services with ID. 
 
This applies to Active Duty, Active Reserved, Retired Military, Retired Military Reserve, Veterans, and First Responders.

Where should the dumpster be placed?

Accepted Answer

Typically, you can place these dumpsters anywhere on your property that gives you easy and safe access. The most common placement is your driveway. This area should be as flat and hard as possible, avoiding any soft or sloped ground. 
 
You are also able to park them on the street if your driveway is unavailable, however, most cities require you obtain a permit. Please have this permit acquired prior to delivery of the dumpster.

Can I move the dumpster once its been set?

No, please leave the dumpster in the location our team had placed it. Our team will have securely positioned the dumpster to prevent movement from weight and theft. Attempting to move the dumpster may result in damage to the dumpster or physical injury. If you require the dumpster to be moved, please give us a call at (720) 282-4556.

Is there a weight limit that can put in the dumpster, and what happens if I go over?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a 2-ton weight limit that we include in our bundled packages. Anything over that weight allowance is charged $75 per ton. So please be aware of how much material you are loading (rock, dirt, concrete, shingles, etc). For your convenience, we have the ability to give you an extremely rough weight estimate prior to our departure.

Will your dumpster damage my driveway?

Our dumpsters are different from roll-off dumpsters you've probably seen in the past. They are located on top of trailers and can be easily backed into your driveway. The dumpster itself never comes in contact with your driveway. The only points of contact are 4 wheels and the jack point. We take all precautions when delivering our trailers to their final location.

How much space will the dumpster take up on my driveway?

Our dumpster trailers measure 16 feet long x 7 feet wide x 4 feet high (about the size of a van).

Is a permit required for dumpster rentals?

Accepted Answer

Permits are most likely required if you want to have the dumpster parked on the street. Some municipalities may require payment for that permit. Permits are not required if the dumpster is located within your property.

How high can I fill the dumpster?

Accepted Answer

You are able to fill the dumpster up to the height of the dumpster, without overflowing over top. It is required by law that M5 Dumpster Rentals cover the top of the dumpster with a tarp whenever we leave your premises. Any material that is above the height of the dumpster must be removed, or we cannot pick up the dumpster.

How much debris or junk can I fit in your dumpster?

Our dumpsters are 16' long x 7' wide x 4' high and hold over 16 cubic yards. Room cleanups, whole house remodeling, roof replacements, floor remodeling, and house decluttering are perfect projects for these dumpsters!

We will designate a time slot for delivery.
We drive to your home and you tell us where to place the dumpster.
Our team will park the dumpster in the designated spot and secure it in place. 
When you're finished, call us to arrange for pick up. 
Our team will arrive at the designated time, cover the top of the dumpster, and drive away. 
Payment is due upon pick up.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pick up?

No, but please make sure our team knows exactly where you want the dumpster to be placed. 
 
Pick Up
No, but please make sure we have an unobstructed path to remove the dumpster with our truck.

Absolutely! The beauty about our line of work is that all communication can be done from afar. As long as we know the location of the dumpster placement, no physical contact needs to be made. Heck, even payment can be done over the phone!
